Therapy for kids (ages 3+), teens, and young adults, and coaching for parents/caregivers in Seattle and online

We are so glad you are here.

O

Welcome to Juneberry

Therapy for young people overwhelmed by new challenges and big emotions— and for caregivers seeking support, understanding, and connection.

We help you build practical coping skills, co-create a plan that works for you, and feel genuinely seen—within a warm, welcoming space where you and your loved ones can be your complete and authentic selves.

We’ve all been there. Maybe you—or your child—are feeling burned out and overwhelmed by the daily demands of life. Just getting out the door for work or soccer practice can feel like a whirlwind of disrupted routines and meltdowns. Tasks that once felt simple now stir up dread and self-doubt. You miss the version of yourself that felt more ease, more presence, more time for the small joys.

Take a breath. You’re in the right place.
I specialize in supporting individuals and caregivers in the following areas.

  • Therapy for unmanageable or persistent worries, separation anxiety, social anxiety, and phobias. Together we will figure out what tools work for you and take life back from anxiety!

  • Support to help you navigate dynamic environments, manage emotions, nurture relationships, and embrace the strengths of you, or your child’s neurotype.

  • Research-informed parenting strategies and collaborative coaching tailored to meet the demands of one of life’s most complex and meaningful responsibilities.

  • When emotions and behaviors feel out of control or exhausting for everyone involved, therapy can provide clarity, tools, and a path forward. Together, we’ll build a plan to support your child—and bring more ease and joy to your family’s day-to-day life.

  • An affirming space to explore identity, navigate lived experiences, and find connection through compassionate, informed care.

  • Compassionate, research-informed support for managing obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you challenge unhelpful patterns and thinking traps—while tapping into the courage that’s always been within you.

What we can help with

  • Supportive guidance for children and caregivers coping with the emotional and relational impacts of divorce, during or after the separation process.

  • Trauma often lives in the stories we tell about ourselves. In therapy, we’ll gradually explore those narratives together—considering whether they still serve you, or if it’s time to begin shaping new ones rooted in self-compassion and hope.

  • If you’ve been feeling exhausted, unlike yourself, or weighed down by heartbreak, you’re not alone—and there is a path forward. Together, we’ll work to rediscover what brings you joy and meaning, and help you reconnect with what makes life feel worth living.

  • Many bright students struggle with common challenges such task initiation, organization, and having the motivation to complete the often overwhelming demands young people face today. Therapy offers a structured environment to take a closer look at what’s getting in the way of your success and find the tools that work for you.

  • Peer relationships can be a significant source of stress during childhood and adolescence. Through counseling, I help youth develop effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, while staying grounded in their personal values—even in the face of complicated or emotionally charged situations.

  • Stress is a natural part of life—but when it becomes overwhelming, it can take a toll on both body and mind. Therapy offers a space to develop effective strategies for self-soothing and finding calm, helping you navigate daily life with greater resilience and balance.

Meet the Therapist

Hi, I’m Quinn

I love working with young people and their families. Every day in therapy brings its own challenges—and its own adventures. Some days, we draw ourselves as superheroes while naming our personal strengths. Other times, we walk to the park next door to talk through a recent conflict with a friend. We might even get creative and turn anxiety coping skills into a game of Candyland—if that’s how you learn best. And then there are moments when you share something you've never said out loud before. Each session is different, and it’s a true privilege to be part of this meaningful work every day.

For Parents and Caregivers

For parents and caregivers who are feeling unheard, exhausted, or stuck in old patterns, I offer a compassionate space to listen to your experiences and provide new perspectives to help work towards shared success.

Dear Parents,

Perhaps you're feeling a little lost with how to manage your kiddos' big behaviors. With so many differing opinions and unsolicited advice, taking a first step can be daunting. Or perhaps you feel like you have tried it all. You’ve talked things out with your kiddo, taken their ipad away when they aren’t listening, skimmed parenting books and advice columns, picked friends’ brains at playdates, and things keep getting worse. It's time for a change. I have helped families like yours find success, peace, and happiness in their everyday lives, and I want that for you. I have the skills, experiences, and community resources to get you the help you need.

You’re drained from the daily power struggles—the constant arguments, the battles over mealtimes, and tantrums that seem to erupt out of nowhere. Even simple routines feel like uphill battles, and you’re left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and unsure of what to try next.

You are not alone. It’s time for a new approach.

I’ve helped families find more peace, connection, and ease in their daily lives—and I’d love to help you do the same. With the right support, change is possible. I bring the skills, experience, and resources to help you take that next step.  My goal is to collaborate with you and your family to help you get back on your feet and start meeting your goals as a team.

Many clients leave my clinic feeling confident, grounded, and proud of the hard work they've done.

When the time is right, I “graduate” my clients—celebrating their growth as they step forward with the courage to meet life’s many challenges and joys.

I honor each client’s hard work in a way that feels meaningful to them. For some, that might look like balloons and a dance party; for others, it’s a quiet conversation reflecting on growth. No matter the approach, I always invite my clients to name what they’re most proud of—because learning to recognize and celebrate their own achievements is a powerful part of the healing process.
